2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Walkora

3. Product Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the order button, you submit a legally binding offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping basket. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail or dispatch the goods.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices include the applicable statutory VAT, where applicable, plus delivery costs.
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are stated in the shop or during the ordering process.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in our Returns and Refund Policy.
8. Statutory Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a delivered item is defective, please contact us at contact@shopwalkora.com.
9. Product Presentation
We make every effort to display the colours, materials and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur depending on your screen and device settings.
10. Vouchers and Discount Codes
Vouchers and discount codes may only be used in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions stated at the time of issue. Cash redemption is excluded.
11. Liability
We shall be fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions.
In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typically associated with the contract.
12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless legally required to do so.
13. Applicable Law
German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence shall remain unaffected.
